* Ex-right date:     November 11th 2008   

* Record date:      November 13th 2008

* Purpose: doing a ballot for buying 1,500,000 shares back for treasury stock

* Expected implementation time: from 26/11/2008 to 16/12/2008

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for FBT on November 12th, 13th & 14th 2008.
