FBT: Signing the cooperation agreement

On November 12th 2008, Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import – Export Company (FAQUIMEX) has signed the cooperation agreement with the Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company as follows:

1/ Farming:

-            Supporting each other for farming technique, training employees and farming products (if requested).

-           Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company supports to purchase catfish material in case Faquimex is unable to process all farming products.

2/ Processing:

-           Instructing each other about processing technique, product quality under requirements of customer as well as exporting standards.

3/ Export:

-           Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company supports Faquimex for expanding the market and shares exporting orders with big volume at the appropriate price.

The cooperation agreement between FAQUIMEX and Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company will bring benefits to both companies about minimizing cost price and strengthening competition.
