HaSTC notices record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 8/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 04/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 05/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 04/12, 05/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for the second time in 2008
- Exercise rate: 5% (shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)
- Expected exercise date: 31/12/2008
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: DABACO VIET NAM CORPORATION from 31/12/2008 on every working day.
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of DBC on 05/12, 08/12 and 09/12/2008.
