CCM: Notice of record date for Dividend Payment
HaSTC notices the record date for Dividend Payment of the following company:
- Name of the issuer: Can Tho Cement JSC
- Stock code: CCM
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 05/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 03/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 04/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 03,04/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for the first time in 2008 by cash
- Exercise rate: 18%(shareholders receive VND 1,800 for every share they own)
- Expected exercise date: 25/12/2008
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: Can Tho Cement JSC from 25/12/2008
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CCM on 04/12, 05/12 and 08/12/2008.
