* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: 03/12/2008
* Record date: 05/12/2008
* Purpose: advanced dividend payment in cash
* Dividend payout rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)
* Payment date: 22/12/2008
* Payment place and procedures:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at head office of the company, Lam Son Ward, Bim Son Commune, Thanh Hoa.
