Explanation for profit before tax of quarter 3/2008 increasing by 92% (1.92 times) in comparison with quarter 2/2008

In income statement, sales of quarter 3/2008 increased by 1.28 times but cost of goods sold just increased by 1.22 times in comparison with quarter 2/2008. Because quarter 3 was in aquatic harvest, the company produced and exported high output.
