TCM: Violation of announcement

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh – Deputy Director General of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG) bought 10.000 TCM shares on October 3rd 2008 without announcement. On October 8th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to require him to give an explanation on this matter.
