SMC: Resolution of BOD

SMC Investment - Trading Joint Stock Company (SMC) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

- Setting up the SMC Binh Duong one member limited company:

* Head office: Street No.5, Dong An Industrial Zone, Binh Hoa Commune, Thuan An Dist., Binh Duong Province.

* Registered capital: VND 30 billion

* Director General, Directors and members belonging to the Binh Duong Branch of SMC are responsible for implementing legal procedures, structuring organization to establish the new company.

- The BOD has appointed Ms Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan – Deputy Director General and Vice chairman of BOD of SMC to be President of the SMC Binh Duong one member limited company for the 5-year term from October 1st 2008 to September 30th 2013.

- President of the SMC Binh Duong one member limited company is responsible for reporting the company operation in the periodic BOD meetings.
