SGT: Violation of the major shareholder

Ms Nguyen Thi Kim Xuan, who is the major shareholder of Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL), had bought 183,500 SGT shares and disclosed lated as stipulated.

The trading changed her share ownership rate from 4.82% to 5.23%. HOSE required her to give an explanation on this matter.
