PJT: Purchase of Song Kim 17 tanker
Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:
1. Approval for the Petrolimex Shipment and Trade Co. Ltd. (*) purchasing the Song Kim 17 tanker with capacity of 3,242 tons. This tanker is used for shipping cargo of the Song Kim International Maritime Co. Ltd (*).
2. Authorizing Mr Nguyen Viet Hung – Vice chairman of BOD and Director of the Petrolimex Shipment and Trade Co. Ltd. to do following issues relating to the Song Kim tanker 17:
* Implement procedures to purchase of Song Kim 17 tanker.
* Check techniques and quality of the tanker
* Manage and utilize the tanker in the most effective ways
* Contact credit institutions to borrow money for purchase of the tanker.
