NAV: Personnel change

Nam Viet Joint-Stock Company (NAVIFICO) has informed of personnel change as follows:

* Mr. Dang Ninh Phuong left the position of Deputy Director General to undertake the new position as of November 1st 2008.

* Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu has been appointed to Deputy Director General instead of Mr. Dang Ninh Phuong.
