Microsoft secures deal with local bank

Microsoft Vietnam and An Binh Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (ABBank) Wednesday signed a deal under which the Ho Chi Minh City-based bank will use the former’s technology and licensed software for its business.

Luu Duc Khanh, CEO of ABBank, said the deal aims to standardize the bank’s operations.

Microsoft Vietnam had inked similar agreements with about 20 organizations in Vietnam to date, including governmental agencies last year.
