KMR: Extension of doing a ballot

Mirae Joint Stock Company (MIRAE., JSC) has announced an extension of doing a ballot for issuing and listing shares in Korea as follows:

Reason: The company needs more time to complete methods of issuance and listing in Korea, therefore, it leads to delay of doing a ballot. A ballot will be done from October 15th 2008 under the shareholder list on September 8th 2008.
