FBT: Violation of the affiliated person

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuoc who is the affiliated person of Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - member of the BOD of Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import – Export Company (FAQUIMEX) bought 518,430 FBT shares from 16/07/2008 to 09/09/2008 and sold 1,430 FBT shares on 19/09/2008 without announcement. On September 26th 2008, HOSE officially required Mr. Nguyen Van Phuoc to give explanation on this matter.
