ACL: Dividend Advance and Extraordinary Meeting
Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company will pay a dividend advance (Tranche 2/2008) and hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:
* Stock symbol: ACL
* Stock type: common stock
* Par value: VND10,000/share
* Ex-right date: November 5, 2008
* Record date: November 7, 2008
* Purpose:
1. To hold the 2008 Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting:
* Purpose: to get shareholders’ opinions on increasing the advance rate of the 2008 dividend in cash to 60%/par value.
* Meeting time: December 10, 2008
* Meeting venue: Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company.
2. To advance the second tranche of the 2008 dividend in cash:
* Rate: 20%/par value (VND2,000/share)
* Payment date: November 27, 2008
Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company, 90 Hung Vuong St., My Quy Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC Branch will suspend the depository activities for ACL on November 6, 7 & 10, 2008.
