YBC: changes of stock offering prices

Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC announces changes of the stock offering prices approved in the Board Resolution No 91/2008/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ on 15/03/2008 as follows:

1. Private placement with strategic shareholders:

- Standard of strategic shareholders: institutions or economic units, especially big economic corporations who are sharing benefits with the company, willing to support the company with capital, production or marketshare, as well as business development strategy in the future.

- Shares placed with strategic shareholders are under transfer restriction within 3 years since the time of issuance.

- Offering price : VND 16,000/share

2. Placement with outstanding shareholders:

- Offering price: VND 10,000/share

3. Placement with the staff according to the selective program

- Offering price: VND 15,500/share
