Trade think-tank committed to solid enterprise alliance

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has pledged to strengthen the alliance between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and national giants in order to increase business circles’ competitiveness in the integration era.

Vu Tien Loc, who was re-elected VCCI Chairman at an all-nation congress held in Hanoi on September 12, said the competence of business and enterprise circles have largely decided the success of the country’s industrialization and modernization and global integration as well.

“VCCI will work towards professional entrepreneurs and businesses forces who should meet international standards,” the think-tank chief emphasised.

He also unveiled a plan to provide intensive training courses for SMEs and advanced business administration courses for leading enterprises.

The new VCCI Executive Board consists of 77 members who are executives of consortiums, corporations and business and enterprise associations nationwide.
