The event is co-organized by Vietnam Leather-Shoes Association (Lefaso Vietnam), Vietnam Leather-Shoes Joint-Stock Co. (Leprodexim Vietnam), Hong Kong’s international exhibition organizer Top Repute and Hien Dat Co.

Vietnam’s shoes and leather exports are expected to rise to US$4.5 billion this year from nearly $4 billion last year, according to figures posted on Lefaso’s website.

January-August exports were $3.2 billion, up 18.5 percent on the same period last year.
