SBT: Investment in setting up Bourbon An Hoa

Société Bourbon Tay Ninh (SBT) has announced the investment in Bourbon An Hoa Joint Stock Company as follows:

Article 1: Société Bourbon Tay Ninh, as the founding shareholder, will contribute VND245 billion, about 49% charter capital of Bourbon An Hoa.

Article 2:  Société Bourbon Tay Ninh authorized the following members to be representatives in Bourbon An Hoa:

* Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huong, Member the Board of Directors and CEO, represents 24.5% of the contribution in Bourbon An Hoa.

* Mr. Philippe Lombard, Member the Board of Directors, represents 24.5% of the contribution in Bourbon An Hoa.
