PNC: Do a ballot for change of issuance method

Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) has informed of the record date for the shareholder list as follows:

* Stock type: common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* The ex-right date: 11/09/2008

* The record date: 15/09/2008

* Purpose: do a ballot for change of the issuance method: issuing 3.5 million common shares, raising chartered capital to VND100 billion in order to implement projects in the term of 2008 – 2010 instead of issuing 2 million shares which was passed in the shareholders’ meeting on 22/03/2008.

* Exercise ratio: 1:1

* Time of a ballot: from 25/09/2008 to 10/10/2008.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for PNC on September 12th , 15th  & 16th 2008.
