Vietcombank claims 2nd award

Asiamoney magazine has awarded the Joint Stock Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) Best Cash Manager of 2008 in Vietnam.

The magazine said the award is in recognition of the bank’s creative cash management solutions, best liquidity management solutions and post-sales services.

This is the bank’s second award from the regional magazine, with Vietcombank also winning Best Domestic Bank of 2008 in Vietnam.

The accolades don’t’ stop there Vietcombank also won Trade Finance magazine’s Best Commercial Payment Services in Vietnam for 2008 based on a readers’ survey.

In another survey conducted by the Centre of Customers and Entrepreneurs Research, Vietcombank ranked among the top 10 commercial banks for customer satisfaction.

Vietcombank is the leading national bank, with gross assets estimated at US$12.2 billion last year.
