VID: Explanation for business result in Q2

Vien Dong Paper Joint Stock Company (VIDON) has explained business result in Q2/08 as follows:

High inflation caused a rapid increase of material prices. In addition, high bank interest affected product price of manufacturers. However, the company had good preparation of material reserve thus, its gross profit was still high.

The company restructured and reduced expenses of production so it run more effectively in Q2/08 than in Q1/08.
