VE9: Board Resolution
VNECO 9 Electricity Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/08/2008 as follows:
1. Adjust 2008 business and production targets:
- Gross sales of merchandise and services: VND 67,000,000,000 in which:
+ Construction income: VND 53,000,000,000
+ Service and hotel income: VND 14,000,000,000
- Net profit after tax: VND 5,472,000,000
- Earning per share: VND 1,765
- Dividend: 14%/year
2. Suspend the plan to issue additionally 2,500,000 shares to increase the charter capital in 2008.
3. Pay dividend of the first half of 2008 at the rate: VND 700/share.
