TSC, DPM violation of announcement

HOSE sent documents to require the following individuals to give explanation about their violation of announcement:

- Mr Nguyen Xuan Khoa – member of the BOD of  Techno-agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (TSC)  sold 25,310 TSC shares from 04/08/2008 to 05/08/2008 without announcement.

- Mr Nguyen Duc Hien – the affiliated person of Mr Nguyen Duc Hoa who is Deputy Director General of  Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint stock Company (PVFCCo) sold 5,000 DPM shares on 31/07/2008 without announcement.
