TDH: Dividend payment in cash and in stock
Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation will make the second dividend payment for 2007 and the first dividend advance for 2008 as follows:
* Stock symbol: TDH
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: September 4th, 2008
* Record date: September 8th, 2008
1. The second dividend payment for 2007 in stock:
* Issuing volume: 2,250,000 shares
* Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (or 10:1)
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will received 1 new share as dividend. The additional volume will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be bought back at VND50,000/share.
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 116 shares, the calculation as follows:
+ The number of shares distributed in theory: 112 shares x 10% = 11.2 shares
+ The number of shares in practice: 11 shares
+ The number of shares bought back by the company: 0,2 share x 50,000vnd = 10,000vnd
* The right is not transferable. The dividend shares are transferable.
* Date for payment of the fractional parts: September 30th, 2008
* Estimated trading date: October 13th, 2008
2. The first dividend advance for 2008 in cash:
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500 / share)
* Payment date: September 23rd, 2008
Place & procedure of payment:
* Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
* Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation, 384 Vo Van Ngan St., Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc Dist., HCMC, Vietnam.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TDH on September 5, 8 & 9, 2008.
