Rubber Securities JSC: change in representative for the State-owned's equity and Board changes

Rubber Securities JSC announces:

- Mr. Tran Thoai, who is currently Deputy General Manager-cum-Chair of Financial Accounting Board of Vietnam Rubber Group, has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Pham Van Hien. Mr. Tran Thoai also becomes the representative for the State-owned's equity of Vietnam Rubber Group in Rubber Securities JSC.
