PVD: Merge subsidiary into PV DRILLING

Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company (PV DRILLING) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

On August 25th 2008, the BOD of PV DRILLING decided to merge the PVD Investment Corporation (subsidiary of PV DRILLING with 51% of shares) into PV DRILLING and authorize to the Director General of PV DRILLING to implement the plan.
