+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,00 for every share they own)

+ Exercise rate: 21% of par value (shareholders receive 21 new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of new shares will be rounded down to unit column)
+ The right ro receive new share are not allowed to be transferred. New shares issued in dividend payment are under no transfer restriction.

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: shareholders receive cash ar the Financial Accounting Division, and shares at the Board of Director Office of Drilling Mud Corporation, 97 Lang Ha, Dong Da district, Ha noi since 15/09/2008. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. For a ballot:
+ Exercise rate: 1 share – 1 voting right
+ Expected exercise date: 08/09/2008
+ Content of the ballot:
- Additional listing of new shares issued in the dividend payment bay share 2007.
- Charter of the Company
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SJE on 21/08/2008., 22/09/2008 and 25/09/2008.
