Petrovietnam Tourism & Services Joint Stock Company (PETROSETCO) has registered to buy back its shares for treasury stock as follows:

- Stock symbol: PET

- Number of treasury shares at present: 495,610 shares

- Number of shares registered to be repurchased: 504,390 shares

- Number of treasury shares after trading: 1,000,000 shares

- Financial resources for the trading: Retained Profit of 2007 and Retained Profit on June 30th, 2008.

- Purpose of the trading: to increase the volume of treasury stock

- Trading method: order matching and put through

- Trading period: within 90 days from August 12th, 2008.
