+ Exercise rate: 9% (shareholders receive VND 900 for every share they own)

+ Expected exercise date: 22/09/2008
+ Content of the ballot: To pay dividend by share for the second round 2008 at the rate of 11% to increase the charter capital from VND 9 bil. to VND 11 bil.
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: shareholders receive dividend at the Office of Viglacera BaHien JSC. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of BHV on 09/09/2008, 10/09/2008 and 11/09/2008.
