Beta Securities incorporation: increase in charter capital and change in Information Disclosure Officer

As approved by the SSC on 25/7/2008, Beta Securities incorporation announced the change in charter capital, in which:

-          The charter capital before approval: VND 135 billion

-          The Company’s new charter capital: VND 270 billion.

Based on official correspondence No..22/2008/GUO-HĐQT on 29/07/2008 of Board of Director, Beta Securities incorporation announces that Mr Nguyen Van Thien – Genaral Director has been appointed the Information Disclosure Officer of the Company with effect since 29/7/2008.
