TDH: A new project
Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) has informed of contributing capital to set up a new company as follows:
* Company name: Daewon - Phong Phu - Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
* Add: 378 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi.
* Investment License No. 011032000099 granted by the Hanoi People’s Committee dated August 8th 2008.
* Business: real estate
* Objectives: investing, developing, building, managing and trading a complex project which includes offices, supermarket, garage, commercial services, multistoried apartment block and kindergarten.
* Location of the project: 378 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi.
* Area: 28,726 m2
* Total investment cost: VND1,508,804,435,000
* Chartered capital: VND312,975,000,000
* Foundation shareholders of the company:
+ Phong Phu Corporation: 30%
+ THUDUC HOUSE: 10%
+ Daewon-Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company: 10% (THUDUC HOUSE holds 40% of equity of this company)
+ Daewon Co., Ltd.: 45%
