TAC: Assignment of CEO

Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company (Stock symbol: TAC) has announced the resolution of the BOD as follows:

- Ms. Dang Thi Thu, Deputy CEO, will be the CEO of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company within 3 years from July 23rd, 2008.

- Holding an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to pass the appointment of two new members of the BOD and new CEO.

- Passing the record date for the list of shareholders to hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting:
