SJD: Adjustment to the investment plan 2008

Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: SJD) has announced a decision of the Board of Directors as follows:

Passing the adjustment to the invesetment plan in 2008:

- The company will not contribute money to Binh Phuoc Hydro Power Joint Stock Company. The company will pay banks and Song Da Corporation for loans the company borrowed to invest in Can Don Project.

- Other projects were approved during the annual shareholders’ meeting 2007. The Board of Directors will consider them.
