KDC: Corporation to buy back stock

Within 90 days from July 4th, 2008, Kinh Do Corporation (Stock symbol: KDC) will buy back 17,030 shares from the employees who left the company. Those shares will be considered as treasury shares. The funds for the purchase are the company’s retained profit until December 31st, 2007.
