Laos presents Labour Order to Laos-Vietnam bank
Laos has offered the Labour Order, First Class, to the Laos-Vietnam Joint-venture Bank (LVB) in recognising its excellent contributions to the socio-economic development of the two countries.
Established on June 22, 1999, with initial registered capital of 10 million USD, LVB now has total assets of roughly 194 million USD.
LVB has for over the past nine years served as a payment centre for the two countries’ businesses. Its VND/LAK exchange turnover reached 1,500 billion VND in the reviewed period.
