SSI: Insider trading

Ms. Nguyen Van Huong, the Business Development Manager of Sai Gon Securities Inc. (SSI), gave 134,950 SSI shares to her nephew Nguyen Hoang Long on May 13th, 2008. These shares were the bonus ones distributed in December 2007. Therefore, her owning volume decreased from 498,840 shares (0.365%) to 363,890 shares (0.266%).
