PMS: Resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting

Petroleum Mechanical Stock Company (PMSC) has informed of resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting which was held on May 6th 2008. The meeting was unanimous the following issues:

Profit after tax: VND7,850,192,207

Dividend payable: 12%

Profit after tax: VND7,920,000,000

Article 3: Report on activities of the Supervisory Board in 2007

Article 4: Plan of dividend payment and deduction for funds 2007

Article 5: Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board 2007 which was VND242,342,400 (in which the amount of VND149,133,784 was from profit after tax)

Article 6: Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board 2008

Article 7: Selecting Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company (AASC) for 2008.
