Phu My Fertiliser changes to corporation

Phu My Fertilisers Company (DPM) has shifted from a joint stock company to a corporation, with a new business registration certificate granted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment on May 15.

The corporation, holding 3.8 trillion VND (237.5 million USD) in equity, specialises in fertiliser, industrial gas, chemicals, minerals, farm and forestry products, real estate and domestic road and waterway transport.

This year, it expects to obtain 4.4 trillion VND (275 million USD) in revenues and some 1.2 trillion VND (75 million USD) in pre-tax profits. Dividend is set to achieve 70 percent of after-tax profits.
