+ Pass amendment of regulations of FPT Information System (FPT-IS)

+ Pass setting up the following one member limited liability companies which belong to FPT Information System  (FPT-IS):

FPT Information System Services

FPT ERP Services

FPT government and telecommunication

+ Pass change the company name into FPT Joint Stock Company

+ Pass amendment of regulations of FPT University

+ Pass amendment of regulations of FPT Land

+ Pass amendment of regulations of FPT Hoalac Hi-Tech Park Development Company Limited.
