DPR: Explanation for business result in Quarter I/2008

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) has explained its business result in the first quarter as follows:

Reason:

The latex output of the rubber branch often increases at the end of every year. The first quarter is the time when rubber trees lose their leaves and have little latex, so the output is lower. Sales and profit in Quarter 4, therefore, are often higher than in Quarter 1.
