Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TRC on April 16th, 17th & 18th, 2008.

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tay Ninh Rubber Company; Add: Highway 22B, Da Hang, Hiep Thanh Commune, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province.
