PRUBF1: Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Investors - Fiscal year 2007- Prudential Balanced Fund 1 (PRUBF1)

Prudential Viet Nam's Fund Management Company (PVFMC) held the Annual General Meeting of Investors of PRUBF1 on March 28th, 2008. There were 596 investors representative of 32,998,250 fund certificates (equivalent to 66% of legal capital) at the meeting. Here are contents of the meeting:

Report on investment activities of Prudential Balanced Fund 1 (PRUBF1); Financial Statements in fiscal year 2007; dividend payment plan; and investment plan for 2008;

Report of custodian bank “Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd” (HSBC);

Audited report of KPMG;

Passing the PRUBF1’s regulations which had been adjusted under Decision No.45/2007/QD-BTC dated June 5th, 2007.
