Exercise ratio: 10:1 (a shareholder who owns 10 shares on the record date will receive 1 share. The number of shares will be rounded in unit. The fractional parts are paid in cash at VND1,000/share)
For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 23 shares will receive 23 x 10% = 2.3 shares. After being rounded, he actually receives 2 shares and 0.3 x VND1,000 = VND300
The right of receiving dividend in stock is not transferable. Shares issued from dividend payment are transferable.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for PIT on May 6th, 7th & 8th 2008.
