Ex-right date: April 21st, 2008   

Record date: April 23rd, 2008 

Dividend pay-out ratio:    30%/ par value (VND3,000 / share)

Payment date: May 15th, 2008

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DRC on April 22nd, 23rd & 24th, 2008.

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
