SC5: Inform of a project

Construction Joint Stock Company No 5(SC5) has informed of its project as follows:

The project of high-class urban area has been started  at Thu thiem, Ward 22, Binh Thanh Dist. Total investment cost is USD1 billion (1st stage: USD400 million; 2nd stage: USD600 million). The company signed contract of corporation investment of this project with SATO company. The first stage of the project is estimated to complete around 2008 – 2012.
