STB: Contents of annual shareholders’ meeting

Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK) has informed of contents of annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Time: 8am, Monday, March 17th 2008.

Place: Independence Palace, 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Dist.1, HCMC.

Participants: shareholders of Sacombank until February 1st 2008.

Contents:

Report on business plan 2007 and mission 2008.

Report on financial situation 2007 and strategies in the term of 2006-2010

Plans of raising chartered capital; expanding network; establishing Sacombank Group; supplementing functions of the bank...and pass list of members of BOD in the term of 2006-2010.

If cannot attend the meeting, shareholders can authorize other shareholders. Please send authorized letter before March 12th 2008.

Shareholder who owns over 10% of chartered capital have right to give opinions about issues discussed in the meeting. Opinions must be written in document and sent before March 12th 2008.
