HTV: Listing and trading the additonal shares
Pursuant to Decision No 4/QD- SGDHCM dated January 7th, 2008, the Hatien Transport Joint Stock Company will list and trade additonal shares on the exchange as follows:

Registered volume to issue: 5,280,000 shares, in which:
+4,272,000 shares for existing shareholders;
+504,000 shares for the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation;
+504,000 shares for strategic partners.
