PNC co-operates with Indochina Capital

On October 17th, 2007, the Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) and the Indochina Capital officially became strategic partners.

PNC has agreed to sell 1,300,000 PNC shares in the recent issuance, under Issuing License No. 139/UBCK-GCN, to the Indochina Capital and the number of shares held by the Indochina Capital on August 23rd 2007. The Indochina Capital now holds about 25% of the total of PNC shares. It will also help PNC with some issues such as:

Company development strategy;

Funds for investment projects;

Management;

Business relations with foreign partners; etc.
