PJT – resolution of shareholders’ meeting

Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) has informed of resolution of shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Pass the issuance method to raise chartered capital from VND 35 billion to VND70 billion

Issuing volume: 3,500,000 shares

Chartered capital after issuance: VND70,000,000,000

Issuance method:

Exercise ratio: 1:1 at the price of VND10,000/share.

The shares which shareholders refuse to exercise their right will be offered at the price not less than the one to existing shareholders.

Using capital from issuance:

Purchase 1 vessel with capacity of 3,000 – 7,000DWT

Build 1 tanker with capacity of 1,400 tons

Raise capital for Petrolimex Shipbuilding & Commercial Enterprise (PSC) and Petrolimex Trading & Transport Co.,Ltd (PTT).
